What you will be doing




















POSITION SUMMARY:


Under the direction of the Finance Manager this position is to handle individually the task assigned related for branch accounts along with shared service task as assigned from India country finance wherever applicable.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Handling Petty Cash Activity of the branch


2. Custodian of Branch Petty Cash


3. Verification of Vendor bills and forwarding the same to HO for Payments


4. Branch Admin Activity


5. Any other activity assigned by branch in charge/Finance Manager


7. Custodian of all branch assets, vouchers, files, records and documents


8. AR receivable - co-ordinations with customer positively to get collection in time and booking of receipts in customer account


9. Stock - boxes purchase, storage & requirement offices, transport handle in time with cheapest costs


10. Handling QA Audit and maintaining supporting documents


11. Supporting to Australian accounts shared service


12. Good support at Branch level completing all the assigned work as per rules & regulations Admin activities


13. Clean internal audits - complete & provide support at Branch team


14. Adhering ABC Policies and completing trainings


15. Developing in TMS, SAP & communications skill to Grow & better work for organization


16. Sending invoices to Eskar after receiving from AP vendor


17. Supporting month end closing activities


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum of 3-5 years of Finance, Accounts and Administration experience Professional demeanor Must be studied to equivalent to Bachelors degree or more of Indian university or its equivalent. Good knowledge on SAP accounting and other accounting software

The Accounts & Admin Asst. is subordinate to the Finance Manager.


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


Mandatory Skills


Excellent knowledge Accounting Operations Hands on experience on all administrative areas of branch Minimum of 3-5 years of in Accounts, Finance Knowledge in SAP accounting process and other accounting software
