Job Description

The Sr Officer – Sales IT at Danone India will be a critical resource to drive digital transformation for the sales organization. He / She will bring and deploy expertise critical to leverage digital initiatives to drive business effectiveness. He / she will be the nodal point for training, testing and deploying all relevant Sales IT / CRM projects in the assigned geography as per plans.


Roles & responsibilities


Helpdesk Management


• Responsible to manage the ticketing system for queries & issues resolution as per agreed TATs. Must engage with all relevant stakeholders across all levels of tickets (L1 / L2 / L3) and ensure successful resolution of all generated tickets. Responsible to sensitize relevant stakeholders on the statuses, raise flags, recommend, and execute alternatives to successfully resolve and close the tickets. Must maintain a proper record of all tickets generated in the prescribed format and send across details as per agreed timelines to all relevant stakeholders. Users Training, On-boarding and Adoption Success


• Must ensure relevant backend activities are completed for Go Live of all new users. Must execute a plan for refresher trainings for existing users. Should develop and maintain relevant training and learning materials for reference by users during and after training. Should ensure required adherence to timelines of on-boarding and provide guidance on the types of trainings to be executed for each user. Once on-boarded, must administer relevant activities to gauge level of understanding for the users and engagement for driving adoption in line with agreed norms. DMS Rollout planning & execution


• Full responsibility to manage the DMS testing, pilot and rollouts, starting from planning, aligning the distributors, training & managing implementations, tracking daily & monthly usage, helpdesk management for troubleshooting & queries resolution. Responsible for all new DBs DMS implementation post the initial 100% rollouts are done. Ensuring all agreed ERP interfaces are executed as agreed"


Must be at-least a Graduate Must have handled DMS deployments in FMCG organizations. Ideal candidate to have at-least 5 years of experience with proven track record of undertaken deployment, training & troubleshooting for DMS project at-least once in his / her career.
