Description
Work closely with product managers to define new lending product features Manage product definition, development, and execution Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for product optimization and innovation. Track key market metrics and competitor offerings. Spot potential risks or compliance issues based on data trends Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and feedback to discover borrower needs and pain points the product can address. Stay abreast of competitor products, strategies, and pricing models.
Requirements
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills. Technical Proficiency: Experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBilt, etc.), and possibly statistical software. Financial Understanding: Sound knowledge of lending concepts, risk assessment, and profitability models. Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. pen spark* Domain Knowledge: Understanding of lending regulations and the competitive landscape is a major plus.
