Job Description:
Collaborate in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of Product Managers.
Maintain the JIRA board to ensure it reflects real-time progress and track key Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to evaluate team performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement along with the Product Team.
Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
Offer administrative assistance to product managers by organizing meetings and preparing necessary documents.
Arrange retrospectives at the conclusion of each Sprint to pinpoint lessons learned and areas for enhancement, collaborating with teams to execute action plans for improvement.
Foster communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring stakeholders are continuously updated on project progress, milestones, and any modifications.
Coordinate effectively with external clients and vendors to facilitate seamless communication and coordination across the entire project lifecycle.
Job Details:
Location: Lahore
Work Timing: 9am to 6pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Experience:6 months to 1 year
Work Mode: Onsite
Salary: Depends upon experience
