Product Manager -Vice President -Deposit 2.0

As a Product Manager in Deposit 2.0, you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions focused on modernizing our core deposits products and platform. We are an agile team within the Consumer Bank sitting at the intersection of business and technology. Our roles work cross-functionally to drive business outcomes while putting the customer experience front and center.  If you have proven experience launching successful software products in consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people’s financial lives, and the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging but exciting problems – then we are looking for you! 
Job responsibilities

• Manage a group of Product Analysts in Hyderabad that will support each of the functions our Product Integration team provides for Deposits 2.0. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Deposits 2.0 teams and supporting partners in the region to fulfill our team’s mission.   
• Be the lead in India for our Interfaces and Integrations function helping to define, design, and deliver the common Deposits 2.0 interfaces.  
• Provide hands-on support with engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle including defining business requirements, writing and maintaining Epics and Stories, evaluating readiness and outcomes, and proceeding with additional iterations. 
• Help orchestrate supporting products' changes and transition to Deposits 2.0 interfaces and interoperability patterns. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. 
• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products with Agile delivery. 
• Previous experience leading a team with proven examples of how you made the team stronger. 
• Passion for Product Management and a demonstrated ability to develop the product skillset in others.  
• Working knowledge of online and batch interfaces, middleware, and data strategies within the modern architectural context. 
• Customer-obsessed with a passion and penchant for building lasting partnerships across complex organizations and leveraging them to achieve desired outcomes. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in the Retail financial industry including banking products, payments, or fintech experience.  
• Prior experience with systems migrations or modernization.  
• Proficient in JIRA.
