Product Development and Application Specialist - Tuzla

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Chemistry of a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in laboratory, research & development functions
• Experience in Industrial Water Treatment/Oil and Gas will be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Customer focus and result & quality-oriented approach      
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to details
• Open to learning and development
• High planning and organization skills
• Knowledgeable and competent in reporting and analysis
• Able to adapt to a busy work pace and work discipline
• Advanced in MS-Office applications

• Able to reside in Kocaeli and Istanbul (Asia) region prefably Pendik, Gebze, Tuzla

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Product Development and Application Specialist within our Tuzla/Istanbul located factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our product development processes and optimizing application techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory operations and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry standards and advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee daily and weekly laboratory programs to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations and, develop new test methods accordingly
• Implementing revisions of standards into laboratory procedures and methods as necessary
• Design and refine application formulations to meet product specifications and client requirements
• Evaluate application results to assess performance and provide guidance for future projects and improvements
• Research new and alternative raw materials, and coordinate trials to assess their suitability for application
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews of laboratory projects and translate findings into practical applications
• Oversee the execution of laboratory applications based on research findings
• Conduct necessary studies to determine prescription, methods, and analysis tests for projects
• Fulfill responsibilities for studies and reports as required by the Product Development and Application Department
