• Ensure that machined parts can be manufactured on a production basis in line with quality & cost objectives.
• Lead continues improvement activity in machining environment.
• Use formal problem solving techniques to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Implementation of lean manufacturing systems in machining area.

• More than 2 years of technical experience in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge at C-Coating processes
• Knowledge at Project Management
• Experience by Quality Methods
• High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, inner stability, able to work with team
• High level of communication skills
• Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
• Being able to manage complexity
