Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
  4. Organize and maintain files and records.
  5. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  6. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  7. Assist in the coordination of office events and functions.
  8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  9. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  10. Perform data entry and update databases and systems.
  11. Provide general administrative support to staff.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively.
  9. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  10. High degree of professionalism and integrity.
