**Job Description:**

We are seeking motivated and skilled Sales Associates to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role involves marketing and selling annual subscriptions for legal risk reports primarily to businesses within the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and target potential clients within the UAE.

- Conduct meetings with potential clients to demonstrate our reports and the value they provide.

- Close sales deals and achieve monthly quotas.

- Provide feedback from clients to enhance service offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.

- Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of the legal and business landscape in the UAE is a plus.

**Flexibility:**

- This position offers high flexibility. Candidates can manage their own schedules and are not required to adhere to minimum working hours or days. This role is ideal for individuals looking for supplementary income and who can effectively juggle multiple commitments.

**Compensation:**

- This position offers a 20% commission on sales without a base salary. With packages priced at $1000, $3000, $6000, and $10000, there is substantial earning potential for motivated and effective sales professionals. This role is particularly suited for those looking to enhance their earnings alongside other professional engagements.

**Visa Requirement:**

Candidates must possess their own residence permit in the UAE as we do not provide visa sponsorship. This requirement is essential for eligibility for this position.
