Job Description

  • تحديث قواعد البيانات الداخلية مع تفاصيل الطلب (التواريخ ، البائعين ، الكميات ، الخصومات).
  • إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد اتجاهات التسعير.
  • تقييم العروض من البائعين والتفاوض للحصول على أفضل أسعار.
  • تجهيز وإعداد تحليل التكلفة والمقارنات.
  • الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة الفواتير والعقود.
  • متابعة مع الموردين حسب الحاجة لتأكيد أو تغيير الطلبات.
  • الاتصال مع موظفي المستودعات لضمان وصول جميع المنتجات في حالة جيدة.


Skills

  • فهم جيد لإجراءات سلسلة التوريد.
  • اجادة مهارات التفاوض والحصول على افضل اسعار.
  • القدرة على استخدام برامج الشراء مثل (Procurify , SpendMap)
  • اجادة التعامل مع برامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس.
  • امتلاك المعرفة الجيدة في إجراء أبحاث السوق.
  • القدرة على ترتيب المهام وتنظيم الوقت.
